I sewed our first Regency dresses for my two sisters and I back in October for our family Christmas picture. I used Mrs. Chancey's Regency dress pattern which was wonderful and very easy to work with.

Here is the long-awaited photo.  I have now dressed 8 members of the group and working hard to get the rest of them done.  We attended an ECD dance workshop and ball last night.

I just finished a few gowns from your Romantic Era Dress Pattern for a customer and wanted to send you a few photos of them. They came out so prettily and I was so pleased with the pattern, I think it is my favorite so far from the ones I have used from S&S!

My name is Diane and I had my wedding this June. I broke a cardinal rule and made my own dress, out of vintage lace overlaying a duchess satin, which was way over my head, but I managed it anyway.

Over Christmas while on vacation in Florida, I sewed myself the 1909 Edwardian Dress. The dress is made out of white linen and fully lined with cotton fabric.

Here are some pictures from the first Regency dress I made! I loved your pattern; it was very easy. I used a cotton fabric with little raised blue dots and a grosgain ribbon for the trim.

I had a Regency themed party and all the guests dressed up together. It was a lot of fun! The original Regency dress pattern was used on all of them.

Attached are some pictures of the prom dress I made from your Regency pattern four years ago. I made a dress and a sleeveless overdress out of different satins.

The crossover bodice is great, and very flexible. All in all, it was a success and she seems very happy with it. She is a pianist and was concerned to have freedom of movement and comfort, and it passed on both cases. She is preparing for a Regency performance of music and readings, so I think will fit in well.

My Seamstress-in-Residence, Geneece Arnold, created this adorable girl's Regency dress with keyhole sleeves. Geneece is doing fabulous work on everything from play dresses for girls to exquisite wedding gowns. I love this sweet creation!
